房間很温馨，日系風的感覺，服務也很到位，有問題網上找前台，迴應的特別及時，下午走的時候東西比較多要時間收拾，還免費幫我們延遲退房，酒店為什麼也做的很好很到位，附近很多商圈，交通也很方便，下次應該還會選擇

房間設施可以，在岳陽也是一老住它家，也是個老店了很值得信賴，，前台人員的服務態度也是非常好的，它們酒店沒有停車場的噢但是店門口前有免費停車位很方便，衹是要看有沒有停車位，我去的時候剛好有位置，很開心，上午九十點前台人員有房間就給我辦入住了，體驗感非常好，天氣晴朗心情好好，推薦推薦

其實整體的都還不錯，多開發票要收税點能不能提前説清楚。不要再退房是在來説要收8個點，市場都是5個點就你家要收8個點
