Yufuin Souan Kosumosu

The staff is very friendly and the facilities are clean. Basically, there are men's, women's, and family baths, and my room also had a private bath. You can freely use the family bath without a reservation, but please note that there are limited usage times. Dinner and breakfast are served at this inn. Dinner is fixed at 6:30 PM, so you must check in by 6 PM. You can freely choose the time for breakfast.

The hotel is located deep in the town of Yufuin, a quiet place amidst the hustle and bustle. The room, food, and service were all great. Even though the family bath room is very cold, the large bathroom has an air-conditioned toilet and the facilities are in place.

It was so comfortable, and the service was slow and thoughtful throughout the process. Although language communication was difficult, the waiters basically only knew Japanese, but they had translation software to help. One stay, two meals, dinner was very delicious. There are also desserts after breakfast, which is satisfying😌.

It's been a while since I went on a family trip and I wanted to make a reservation at a good place, so I chose this place. That's it. Speaking of ryokans, it's a hot spring, and the rooms have private open-air baths, so it's very comfortable. The restaurant is nearby, and our room was close by, so it was great. The room, living room, and bathroom each had a heater and a humidifier, so I was completely satisfied!!! Kaiseki is served like a multi-course meal, and it felt luxurious enough to make you feel like you were treated very well.^^ I want to go again, but the price pressures...ㅜㅜ My daughter left a 14k thin bracelet in the open-air bath of the ryokan room. When I tried to call, I couldn't communicate...ㅜㅜ;; Other than that, it was truly the best ryokan I've ever lived in!!

During this trip to Fukuoka, it was the most luxurious place I stayed and the service was outstanding. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a friendly greeting and even a simple snack. The room had a soft bed and a private open-air bath, so I was able to use it at any time, giving me great freedom and privacy. I was very, very satisfied! There was a variety of food made with high-quality ingredients, and it was generous not only in quality but also in quantity, so I felt full after eating it all... Next time I come to Yufuin, I definitely want to come back to this ryokan! If you want to invest some money and have a perfect getaway, definitely try this ryokan!!

I stayed in Yufuin for two nights. The hotel is very close to Kinrin Lake. Kinrin Lake is actually very small and can only be regarded as a pond, and the scenery is average. You need slippers when entering the hotel, walk barefoot where there are tatami mats, and wear hotel slippers where there are wooden floors. The slippers are disinfected. The waiters are very polite, and although most of them don't speak English very well, they can basically communicate. Breakfast is an exquisite Japanese breakfast, complete in nutrition, as well as coffee and desserts. We didn’t book a one-night stay, two meals with dinner option, but we regretted it later, because most of the restaurants in Yufuin were closed, and only about three or four were still open. There were very few on the road at night, so we were trying to find one. You had to make a reservation for each one. It was closing soon and the only option was take out, so we had to buy some and take them back to the hotel to eat, and we almost missed dinner. The room is quite comfortable, with a living room, bedroom upstairs, and a toilet upstairs and downstairs. There is a small private bath downstairs where you can take a dip anytime and anywhere. The only drawback was that on the first night I found that the water in the faucet was cold and I had to turn on the shower head to get hot water. After reporting the situation, although there was hot water the next day, it took a while to get it. Doesn’t the hotel’s hot water have a circulating rod? Overall it’s not bad, but it’s also expensive

The hotel is very close to Jinlin Lake, which is quiet in the middle and very comfortable! The entire hotel is very clean and elegantly decorated. There are different room types inside, and some of them have private baths in the rooms. The baths are clean and the hot spring water quality is very good. After soaking, my skin feels a lot smoother. dry! The public bath has a family bath, suitable for families/couples to soak together! Dinner/breakfast is enjoyed in a separate room, with dedicated service throughout the entire process without being disturbed; the food is of good quality, the food is well matched, and the presentation is very attentive! The employees are of high quality, proactive and enthusiastic, and respond quickly. Some employees have limited English skills, but they quickly understand what they need from their body language and proactively use the translator to confirm the information very quickly! This is a hotel I will come back to again!
