My recent stay at the 维也纳酒店（运城河东街万达店） was an absolute delight. The rooms were not only beautiful but offered at a very reasonable price. Every space was kept immaculately clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly, always ready to assist with a warm smile. I was pleasantly surprised by the free laundry service and the well-equipped gym, both of which added to my comfortable stay. The location, surrounded by a variety of shops, added an extra layer of convenience to my trip. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a blend of luxury and value.

1.區位差：周邊無娛樂飲食配套，致早餐壟斷惡意抬價；
2.服務差：辦理入住後無人告知對應樓層及必要引導，大件行李無人輔助提攜；
3.體驗差：樓層隔音同劣質三夾板牆體無差異，半夜被樓上旅客走路聲驚醒多次；換房後問題重現；
4.環境差：兩屋內煙味濃；
5.設施差：電梯失效

房間是智能化的，感覺很不錯，我和我的孩子們一起來的，本來打算衹住一天的，沒想到居然還有小機器人，孩子們玩的都捨不得，後來想想算了，反正放假，那就再住一天吧，住着還不錯，床很舒服，軟軟的，房間裡頭的小度還能開關燈，還能放音樂居然還能拉窗簾。簡直就是驚艷到我了，我以為我孩子這麼吵隔壁會不開心，居然晚上都沒有事，隔音也是很好，服務員也很好，很熱情，服務很周到。走的時候還給我拿了瓶水，不錯不錯！推薦推薦！
