"During our road trip, we randomly booked a hotel near the Yongle Palace. As soon as we turned the corner on the way to the hotel, we were greeted by a breathtaking view of the Yellow River, a picturesque scene. We were pleasantly surprised! The hotel is nestled mid-mountain, facing the water and backed by mountains. It feels secluded and private. There's private parking, the front desk is attentive and comfortable, the housekeepers provide attentive service, and luggage is delivered to your room by electric cart. The rooms are fully equipped, clean, and the bedding is comfortable. Our single-family cottage has its own private pool, which the kids loved. We had dinner à la carte at the hotel, and I loved the large Yellow River carp dish. The kids, who usually don't like fish, were eager to try it. The water view in front of the reception hall in the evening was particularly beautiful, especially during the blues, making it a great photo opportunity. The breakfast was perfectly balanced and well-presented. Upon departure, the housekeeper politely said goodbye and thoughtfully provided some local snacks for the journey. Due to time constraints, we only stayed for one night, so there were many things we didn't experience, such as the children's activity center and swimming pool. It's a perfect place for a family vacation. I like this hotel very much. Next time I come here on vacation, I will book a room with a river view and bring my kids to have a good time for a few days."

"Lightning protection! The room was damp, the glass leaked, the shower head was dirty, there were springtails on the bed, and the switches and sockets were very anti-human. They didn't clean the room. I called the front desk and said they couldn't be contacted, so I didn't dare to go in and clean! I have lived in hotels for decades and have never heard of a hotel not cleaning if it cannot contact the guests. It is unheard of. The service staff in the restaurant can be said to be very unprofessional. They asked me to write my own order and even asked if there was rice. Basically no service. The staff is very indifferent. It should be that their hotel management owes the employees a lot of wages. The only explanation is this. A very bad stay experience. "

"The worst hotel! The room was shabby, full of cigarette stench, and the sewer pipes were so smelly that I couldn't breathe! The specific situation is as follows: 1. The electronic door lock of the room was broken and the door could not be opened. The worker repaired it for a long time but couldn't open it. It was already 8:40 in the evening! We were very tired on the way and were waiting for repairs at the door! The accommodation fee had been paid! The front desk said the hotel was full! They refused to open a new room! It was really regrettable! 2. There was only one small elevator in the building with more than ten floors, and it was very slow. 3. When I looked at the room, the door was open for ventilation. After checking in, the worker sent two plastic mats to block the sink and sewer outlet! 4. The bedding looked clean, but I found out when I lay on the bed that the smoke had been soaking the mattress, pillows and quilt for too long! It was choking! I couldn't breathe! 5. The room facilities were shabby! The mattress was very old and collapsed, the wallpaper was glued with transparent tape, and the tiles under the sink also fell off! The facilities are old and shabby, but it's tolerable. However, the worst thing about this hotel is the stench of the pipes and the bitter and smoky smell of the bedding, which makes it hard to fall asleep! Please choose carefully! The most terrifying thing is: if you live in a room and the door can't be opened, what should you do in an emergency? !"
