KkawachenThis is our second vacation here, and this time we brought the elders along. The environment is beautiful and quiet. The treasures in the Redwood Museum were truly stunning, and the hotel's dining is also top-tier for its category. Many five-star hotels offer a wide selection for breakfast, but honestly, most of it is pre-made. Your breakfast, however, is mostly freshly prepared, with a real home-cooked feel to it, which the elders particularly loved. Dinner was also excellent, with superb dishes. My only suggestion for next time is to ask guests in advance if they'd like to use the hot springs, so they can be prepared and enjoyed sooner. This time, I saw the hot spring pool was empty and couldn't find the switch, so we missed out.

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby is spacious and bright, the service attitude is good, there is an underground parking space, the room is clean and tidy, and the stay is comfortable and relaxing. The staff is warm and friendly, and the problems can be solved in time, and the service attitude is full. We came to the beautiful emerging for the first time and wanted to taste local specialties. We recommended a store called Jia Yueqi eggplant fish not far from the hotel. The key is to be pet-friendly and caring. The hotel environment is a bit compatible. There is a chess and card room on the 5th floor. The top floor is the moon center.

GGuest UserThe room is very user-friendly. There is a place to put clothes in the shower room and a clothes drying rack on the balcony, which may not be available in many hotels. The room is neat and clean, and there is a large balcony where you can see the scenery outside. It is beautiful when the lights are fully turned on at night. There are many hot spring pools with many themes, suitable for men, women, young and old, and the design is very distinctive. Both the security guards and other waiters are very polite and attentive. The only drawback is that there are no free snacks in the hot spring pool, only some tea, and the breakfast is not particularly rich. Overall, I am very satisfied and will come again next time.

GGuest UserThis was a perfect hotel for us to spend 10 days in Xinxing. Fantastic location, very close to everything we needed (especially the coach station across the road as we returned to Hong Kong from there). The staff are all lovely and super-helpful, very nice restaurant and loads of other places to eat nearby. The room was plenty large enough for us and nice & clean. Plenty of water, tissues, tea provided every day. Hotel WiFi works well but we mostly used our own SIM cards as they skip over the firewall.
We are already looking forward to returning next year!

GGuest UserHotel was near the busstation of Yunfu which has a direct connection to Guangzhou airport. Additionally, on the first floor there was a restaurant that had great food. The room was very spacious and clean. The check in procedure took longer than normally but that's understandable because of having a foreign passport. Overall it was a great stay and great experience.

NNilushenThe room is quite large and comfortable overall. However, the pillow core and sheets are a bit dirty. Others are fine. There are welcome fruits and the breakfast buffet is not many varieties. It is filling and the price is attractive. I will make a reservation again.
However, the parking lot would like to remind you that there is one floor below the ground floor, that is, the angle of the slope next to the security booth in the parking lot is a bit large, and it is not very friendly to cars with low chassis. Drive slowly and diagonally, and observe carefully when passing.
