The front desk service was efficient and professional, completing check-in within 3 minutes and even providing a complimentary Year of the Horse themed welcome tea. The room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering a meticulously maintained courtyard view. The most pleasant surprise was the smart control system, allowing for one-touch adjustment of lighting and air conditioning, combining a high-tech feel with ultimate comfort. The hotel restaurant's Cantonese afternoon tea was authentic and exquisite, with the char siu pastry and shrimp dumplings being particularly memorable. The gym equipment was brand new, the pool water was crystal clear, and the overall hygiene was impeccable. Excellent value for money, I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip."

"The room was terrible. The air conditioner was quite old and not soundproof. The air conditioner in the first room was terrible. The other air outlet in the room was very noisy. After I moved to another room, the air conditioner made a creaking sound all night long. I didn't sleep well. I originally thought that Homeinn Hotel would be good, but I doubted whether it was really Homeinn. It was too run-down and all kinds of old things inside."
