來玉樹如果不住一次格薩爾王府酒店絕對是一大遺憾！該酒店宛如一座宮殿，走廊裏都懸掛着唐卡，電梯裝修都是藏族風格，前台的大門檻都很有味道。

酒店非常有藏族特色，肅穆莊嚴，安靜祥和。可能是時間問題，部分設施少了些維護保養，使用起來不太好。需要加強檢查維護工作。

這絕對是我有生之年住過的最差酒店，沒有之一，破敗不堪，衞生極差，沙發上全是長年累月堆積的渣渣，根本不敢坐下，所有房間的電話全是壞的，找服務員需要打長途去前台，房間隔音極差，旁邊房間半夜説話聽的清清楚楚，所有的門把手和牆上的開關全都歪歪扭扭，很多電源插座根本用不了，找不到毛巾，空調沒有，借個電暖器沒有，真的無法描述的差！
