"The service at this Yushu branch was excellent! I arrived in the middle of the night, but the staff and security guard were incredibly helpful. They assisted me with finding a parking spot and carrying my luggage without a single complaint, showing great enthusiasm. It was a really good experience. There's a school nearby, and a fantastic steamed bun shop close to the school. Plus, in May, there were even peach blossoms by the roadside – a lovely surprise!"

"I was given the room key and checked in, only to find that someone had just used the room. There was a mineral water bottle in the trash can, probably filled with boiled water but not drunk from. There was a half-full bottle of water on the table, and one pair of slippers was missing. At my request, they changed my room. It was a corner room that didn't face the sun. Upon opening the door, I realized the room hadn't been occupied for a long time; it smelled musty, like the air wasn't fresh. I opened the window to air it out and went out to eat. When I came back, I was too lazy to go back to the front desk, so I just made do. Neutral review! The price was a bit high."

"The service and cleanliness of the Ji Hotel were impeccable. Because of the high altitude, I felt a bit dizzy, so I specifically booked a hotel with oxygen chambers. However, upon arrival, I learned that the oxygen chambers were broken. Fortunately, the staff were very patient and provided me with an oxygen concentrator and a hyperbaric oxygen chamber for an hour of oxygen therapy. They even gave me several bottles of portable oxygen. There weren't many restaurants near the hotel, so the hotel's dinner was quite good (I don't remember if it was 55 or 50 yuan for two people, but I didn't pay for it 🤭). Because we arrived quite late, there wasn't much food left, so the kitchen specially cooked two fresh dishes. The laundry service was excellent 👍. They even gave us a souvenir when we left. A nice experience overall."
