衞生還可以，熱水不大，感覺水壓不夠，不知道是不是藏族裝修風格如此，前台跟走廊感覺暗瘮瘮，燈光很暗，住的時候停電了，從負一樓到四樓爬樓梯夠嗆的，挺近步行街的

酒店位於城市中心地段，飲食非常方便，格薩爾王廣場夜市燈光漂亮，房間衞生乾淨整潔，服務員熱情接待，唯一不足就是停車要自費

常年在出差路上，各式各樣的酒店都住過，玉樹橙客連鎖酒店不能説在全省來説怎樣怎樣好，但是在玉樹州來説無論酒店環境，地理位置以及服務宗旨方面，都做的相當相當好，本人在玉樹州稍微大點的酒店基本都住過，唯獨該店的服務態度及酒店環境都讓我非常滿意，酒店老闆，前台小姐姐，前台小哥哥，做事細心，有禮貌，非常貼心，讓客人感覺特別順心，包括打掃衞生的保潔阿姨都特別細心，這家店入住以後給客人的感覺就是全心全意為客人服務的！值得推薦

不給開票，走的時候老闆説什麼税務局問題過兩天再給問問，現在兩週了還沒給開，而且中間幾次問老闆都不回消息，態度一點都不積極，隔幾天回了也是説還不行。

設施：對玉樹的酒店來説説實話已經算很好了
衞生：挺乾淨的
環境：還不錯，尤其是浴室洗澡很舒服
