The room was lovely with a great sea view. Lovely clean pool area with bar and plenty of sun loungers. All of the staff here are amazing. So friendly and attention to detail is clearly very important. The food choices were fantastic and a wonderful variety of tasty food salads and desserts. We wanted a relaxing week and it has certainly been that.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Domes Aulus Zante, Autograph Collection, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our group of 8 friends from London, UK, gathered at this newly refurbished resort to celebrate two special birthdays, and our week-long stay was nothing short of magical. What truly elevated our stay was the outstanding service provided by the Guest Relations Supervisor. Their dedication to ensuring our experience was extraordinary went above and beyond any expectations. They personalised every moment, meticulously arranging our specific requests made in advance. From the breathtaking flowers that welcomed our birthday guests upon arrival to organising a private catamaran excursion and securing reservations for special dinners, the Guest Relations Supervisor’s attention to detail was unparalleled. The exceptional dedication and commi**ent of the Guest Relations Supervisor to ensuring our stay was memorable were evident not only in their meticulous attention to detail but also in their swift problem-solving skills. When we encountered issues with our room, including a broken clothes steamer and lack of warm water, they immediately stepped in to rectify the situation. Despite our initial hesitation to voice our concerns, their approachable demeanour made us feel comfortable sharing our issues. Upon informing them about the problems, they promptly arranged for us to be moved to a larger room with a delightful private terrace. This new room not only solved the water problems but also came equipped with a functional steaming iron, proving to be incredibly useful during our stay. We’re particularly grateful to the Guest Relations Supervisor for their thoughtful gesture of upgrading our accommodations, and their prompt actions ensured that our experience remained outstanding. Additionally, the thoughtfulness of the Guest Relations Supervisor extended to creating personalised souvenirs for our guests. When I inquired about gifting options, they not only provided a solution but went the extra mile by curating a beautiful bag filled with local specialties that truly captured the essence of Zante. This heartfelt touch resonated deeply with all of us, showcasing their dedication to ensuring our stay was not only comfortable but also genuinely memorable. We stayed in a Sapphire Cocoon room for 11 nights in May 24. Our room was located in the main hotel building with a beautiful full view over the gardens and sea. The room was a good size with everything we needed for a holiday room - tea/coffee, iron, safe and very comfortable bed. Some reviews mention that rooms are a bit small, possibly a different type of room, but ours was fine, bearing in mind we only used it for a couple of hours early evening and again to sleep. Most of our time was spent on the private beach or exploring the island by quad (recommended - this is a beautiful island once you get away from Laganas). Every staff member we met was extremely polite and helpful which makes a big difference to the overall experience. The hotel was very clean in all public areas with plenty of seating on the terrace and in the bar area. Food options in the buffet are limited, but generally good quality. Only downside was that it was usually not hot enough. Good cold selection of salads, cured meat and cheese for lunch. Tried the Italian a la carte one night but service was slow and food similar standard to the buffet, as you'd expect. Bar staff all excellent (shout our for Sabine, you couldn't meet a kinder person). Branded drinks available as part of AI. Victoria from Guest Relations stops by from time to time to ask if you have any issues. She seems to genuinely want constructive feedback with a view to recommending improvements where necessary. The hotel was beginning to fill up as we left and I think the service may suffer unless more staff are taken on, but hopefully this will be addressed. We always go on holiday early and late in the season when things are quieter and this means a couple of things may not be available but we understand that so no complaints. I'd rather miss out on one more a la carte restaurant than have to queue up for breakfast or a drink at the bar. Late checkout wasn't available for us but half an hour in a courtesy room was enough for quick shower and change before leaving and this was provided free of charge. Overall, we're happy we chose this hotel and would use again if we ever go back to Zante. One mark off for food, otherwise we'd give 5/5. Please ignore those who carp on about not having a 5-star experience. It's an AI package holiday, not The Ritz Carlton, but a very nice, relaxing hotel with excellent staff and a great beachfront location.

First time vising Zante and I'm so glad I stopped here. We have looked around, and it seems to be by far the best hotel on the island, from great food, brilliant rooms, booking day trips and excellent hospitality, this hotel was outstanding in every aspect. A special thank you to Leni and Giannis at the reception for making our stay as welcoming as possible. Would definitely visit again!

We are currently staying at this hotel. It could be amazing but it lacks refinement. We are staying in a Sapphire nest room. It is adequate but quite small ( little hanging space and move move in the room with 2 suitcases. and has an adjoining door to next door so you can hear through the door. Luckily the hotel is not to full so the room next door is empty otherwise it would feel claustrophobic. We have a seaview room which is nice, wouldn’t want a room looking at the hotel blocks and gardens. The bathroom is tiny. I think we were the first of the season in the room and bathroom not as clean as it should have been when we arrived. ( marks on sink and toothpaste marks on the side.) The housekeeping have kept it very clean since. The food in the main restaurant is good but good not warm enough. ( people are all saying this when you speak to them) This is day three and don’t think the meats or meat dishes have ever been warm. The meat and fish have also dry as been left out a while. The selection is good and salads varied but as I have a garlic and onion allergy can only really stick to tomatoes and cucumber 🤪. The staff in the main restaurant are all lovely and work very hard, My allergy has not been catered for well. The Grilia restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. They knew I had a garlic allergy ahead of time and still served me bread with garlic dip as soon as we arrived. My friend ordered roasted veg with roasted peach ( I couldn’t have it due to the garlic) and no sign of peach just chopped apple. For mains we ordered Stonebass fish which was served with stone cold wilted greens. Maybe they were supposed to be cold, not sure, but it ruined the meal. The service was appalling. We were in the restaurant 2 hours and only received a starter and a main. After waiting 25mins with dirty plates and being ignored we gave up waiting for dessert. Two other tables also gave up and walked out. It was not busy, not even half full, The breakfast is excellent, amazing choice, our favourite meal. Have yet to have a decent cup of coffee. Always Luke warm and just had a cold one from the the Meze bar!! Very disappointing. The pool area is nice but no pool service. The lovely lady at the pool bar is run off her feet, and the queue can be a while. The hotel only has 40% capacity at the moment. I dread to think what it is like in the height of the season. There is no food menu at the pool which is very odd for an all inclusive hotel. There are a few snacks in the fridges by the bar. The hotel is very near the airport. You can see and hear the planes landing. Doesn’t bother us as good entertainment. This is the beginning of the season. The gardens are very sp**** looking and patchy. Needs replanting . Could be lovely. Looks quite dusty and muddy. The Meze restaurant is not open, neither is the Pita place. The hotel shop is also closed. It is fully stocked with the lights on but they don’t know when it will open. Again, disappointing. We were told noth

Having visited this excellent hotel last May (2023) & having only one complaint which was the main bar & its manager, which were assured by Adrianos had been resolved we have decided to revisit this year on 4th May for 18 nights. We found it really comfortable with good food & staff, well appointed for Laganas & Kalamaki by walking along a long beach. We would recommend the hotel & its excellent staff.

The most welcoming hotel we have ever been to….. Let’s start at the beginning, I booked directly through the hotel and found this not only to be the cheapest option but also very efficient. On arrival to the hotel we were greeted by name by the lovely receptionist. The hotel itself is outstanding everything you would want for a relaxing getaway. Food was delicious and cocktails to a high standard. Thanks to ( Blerina) our lovely bartender, always made us feel special. As did most of the staff throughout the hotel. Our room was directly facing the ocean on ground level, what a beautiful view to wake up to each morning. I’ve no negatives about this hotel but if I could make one suggestion. It would’ve adding a small playground for the little ones.
