The air conditioner in the hotel uniformly heats 28-30 degrees, and the temperature cannot be adjusted. It also comes with a thick quilt. It was too hot all night and I couldn't sleep. I called the customer service bedside phone and couldn't get through. Later, I called the customer service on my mobile phone and told them to turn off the air conditioner because it was too hot. I opened the window and it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. 2. The hotel front desk phone cannot be reached. 3. The air conditioner is noisy.
