Huafang Jinling International Hotel

I was a bit worried when booking, thinking the hotel might be too old with outdated facilities, but after checking in, all those worries were completely unfounded. My family and I had a great experience. The customer service was fantastic, very responsive and helpful. The lobby staff even assisted us with the elevator, small details like that really made it feel like five-star service – excellent! The hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the taste was just right, really enjoyed it. They even gave us some complimentary pastries... In short, I highly recommend it!

Really good! The family room was adorable and very spacious. It was great that the room windows could open a bit, which helped cool down what would have been a stuffy room. Room service was excellent. Our room didn't originally have a tent, but when our child wanted one, the staff went out of their way to find one and set it up for us. That definitely earned them extra points! The only downside is that the shower stall was really tiny, haha. It felt like an afterthought, but the bathtub, on the other hand, was huge.

The service was very welcoming! The breakfast selection was much more varied than what you'd find at a foreign five-star hotel; it felt like having dim sum for breakfast! However, there was a minor issue with the room this time. The shower head was too low, and I kept hitting my head on it!

The room was clean and tidy, and the pillows were very soft and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience.
