The hotel is exceptionally good. The location is near to the East Gate of Zhang Jia Jie National Park Entrance. The food served by the hotel is authentic local food. But what impressed me is the services provided by the hotel. Mr Hu and his team is exceptional in provided the utmost best service. From the advice provided to us for the potential route to take in the national park to the arrangement of transport to and fro of your destination. He will make sure what you asked for are delivered. In our last day, my wife left her cap in the taxi. He arranged personally for the taxi to U turn to send the cap back to us at no additional costs. We were really impressed with the hotel amenities and their services.

This is a luxury boutique resort in the middle of the mountain. The view is magnificent, really represent Zhangjiajie beauty. The hosts are really friendly, always trying to help and provide good service. Breakfast is simple but have decent selection. Location wise is a bit off the city, so depends on what you’re looking for. If prefer crowd and near restaurants, this might not be the best choice. There’re some construction going on during our visit but not a big issue. Overall, a really pleasant stay for us. Highly recommended!

If you’re looking for a stunning room in a spectacular setting, look no further. This stay was a 10/10 for me. Our room was complete with deep soaking tub looking out at the famous Zhangjiajie mountain peaks, dry sauna - perfect after a long day of hiking, rain shower, luxury toilet, and super comfortable king bed. The zen tea service by 紫珊 (Shan Zi) was excellent, and she helped to translate some information for me about the tea on her phone. The staff here is so friendly and I’m sure could accommodate anyone in any language; so don’t worry about language barriers, the room is totally worth it. The kind man who checked us in (whose name I didn’t catch) generously offered to drive us to and from the National Forest and helped us with transport back to the airport. The local Breakfast provided was delicious! I’m so glad I decided to book here and would 100% return and recommend to others, if it is within their means. (如果您正在寻找环境优美、令人惊叹的房间，那么您就不用再犹豫了。这次住宿对我来说是 10/10。我们的房间配有深浸浴缸，可欣赏著名的张家界山峰，还有干桑拿房（经过一整天的徒步旅行后非常完美）、花洒淋浴、豪华卫生间和超级舒适的特大号床。紫珊（山子）的禅茶服务非常好，她还用手机帮我翻译了一些关于茶的信息。这里的工作人员非常友好，我确信可以为任何语言的人提供服务。所以不用担心语言障碍，这个房间是完全值得的。为我们办理登机手续的好心人（我没听清他的名字）慷慨地提出开车送我们往返国家森林，并帮助我们返回机场。提供的当地早餐很美味！我很高兴决定在这里预订，如果其他人能力范围内，我会 100% 再次光临并推荐给他们)

I rarely write reviews. But this place is definitely deserves one, and a very good one. Besides a great room with a bath and a sauna, the hotel placement is among the best you can get in Zhangjiajie(5 minutes drive from the Scenic area). The building itself is magnificent. Tens of different tea tables inside and outside. They make all kinds of great teas. Three cute and playful cats on the territory. Nice breakfast and good variety of dishes for dinner. Another major part - the staff is very helpful. Zishan and Huqing did everything so we could have a great trip. For everyone who is into aesthetics, good architecture and a spa-like hotel rooms - this is the place.

Perfect stay in wulingyuan area

Exceptional service and scenic view. The hotel also offers other activities perfect for families. There is also a KTV room.

A very nice place to stay with good services and get to enjoy peacefulness during our stay. Although location is a bit of distance from the city, but the 名宿 provides transport and bother to check with us where we are and fetch us back to 名宿. The 名宿 has nice tea. Remember to try 👍🏻.
