The room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom was just alright (very dark and the shower had low pressure). However the laundry room was very dirty.
Staff was very friendly and helpful setting up an itinerary in Zhangjiajie.
The location is not great for tourists, it's far from most entrances of the parks. You need to take the bus which thankfully is right outside the hotel.

Hotel is slightly older, hair dryer on and off but overall an okay stay. There is a bus station super close to the hotel so that is convenient. Hotel breakfast is just ok but noodles are good.

Good location. Near the bus station if you need. The room is spacious. Near the east gate and eateries. Breakfast was ok. Something annoying as a few customers started smoking before they left the breakfast area. Only the bathroom tap was harder to control the water temperatureto my liking for my room.

This hotel location is amazing as it's only a few steps away from the bus coming from ZJJ Central railway station. Being at Wulingyuan it's easy walking distance everywhere. Also the breakfast is delicious with lots of local cuisine! The service is excellent as well. Truly value for money

What a wonderful hotel! Clean and spacious room. It’s in an ideal location to everything…walking distance. I also received great care and helpful tips regarding Zhangjiajie National park. Highly recommend!!

Handy location to visit Baofeng Lake, Yellow Dragon Cave and Glass Bridge. Hotel is next to the tourist bus station.
Room was clean and tidy. Would use again.

September 2024, We stay here for 2 nights. Hotel is next to Wulingyuan bus stop. Good location. I went to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park by taxi at 6rmb. Easily to get Zhangjiajie grand canyon by bus no.4 for 12rmb. Our room was good and clean. The owner of the hotel were really nice. They helped everything we requested. We are happy to stay here.
