Genting Grand Hotel

The room was clean, cozy, and bright—an absolutely wonderful stay! It was spacious, well-lit, and spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and very prompt. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety. The location is super convenient, and it offers incredible value for money. Highly recommended!

## Facilities: I stayed in the North Wing, and the room was spacious and didn't feel cramped at all. All the amenities were new, and the user experience was great. ## Hygiene: The room was clean and fresh, and the hotel's public areas were also very well-maintained. Even though it's the off-season right now, housekeeping still cleans daily. You can tell the hotel is getting ready for the upcoming snow season in an organized manner. ## Environment: The overall environment is pleasant. The cable car is affordable, and a stroll at the top of the mountain to enjoy the autumn scenery is truly unique. ## Service: The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping were all attentive and provided thoughtful responses.

Overall, I was very satisfied. From my room, I could see distant mountains, and the air was fresh. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. I imagine it gets even busier in winter, especially after a snowfall when the snowy scenery must be incredible. The hotel even has its own ski slope, which is a nice touch.

Facilities: The facilities are great, and there are two bathrooms. Cleanliness: The cleanliness is pretty good. Environment: The environment is excellent, with a continuous scenic view right outside the window. Service: The staff are very friendly and responsive, and the restaurant staff are also very professional.

After exploring the Grassland Sky Road during the National Day holiday, we headed straight to Chongli for accommodation. The Genting Hotel wasn't too expensive during the holiday, and they even upgraded us from a king-size room to a one-bedroom suite. Later that night, we realized our room was right next to the elevator and quite noisy. The hotel staff promptly helped us switch rooms, so the service was absolutely top-notch. As for breakfast, there wasn't a huge variety, and it was very crowded, so don't go in with high expectations.

The room was excellent and the service was impeccable. Both Qinglong Restaurant and Nanhu Restaurant were fantastic. The cable car station is right outside the hotel. A round trip ticket costs only 40 yuan, which is such a great deal! We also happened to catch the first snowfall of 2026. Jinhua Pavilion in the snowy night was a rare and beautiful sight.

Extremely satisfied with our stay during the National Day holiday for autumn foliage viewing! The biggest highlight was the hotel's scenic room; opening the window revealed an entire autumn forest and the ski slopes before the snow. We even experienced the first snowfall of the year at the hotel, and the room was very warm. The breakfast buffet offered a full spread of local specialties. The front desk proactively upgraded our room type, and the overall service was professional. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the autumn foliage! Front desk staff, Mali Jiao, provided excellent service. The hotel is built into the hillside, and a stunning panorama of colorful forests greets you right from your window. The autumn colors were absolutely perfect during the National Day holiday. The room had fantastic natural light and an unobstructed view. Sitting by the window in the afternoon, watching the autumn breeze rustle the leaves, was so peaceful and therapeutic. The breakfast quality was great, and the service team was professional and kind. Even with the large crowds during the National Day period, everything flowed smoothly without any delays, making for a very comfortable stay.

This time, I booked a king bed with bunk beds, which is super suitable for families with older children. I will definitely stay here again in the future! The pool is also great, not too crowded even with 11 people. Only breakfast was a bit packed, but it was delicious, and they even gave us a free kids' breakfast. We had dinner at the Qinglong Restaurant, and the food there was also very good! Taking a stroll on the autumn snow trails is quite nice.
