After a long comparison, I finally chose the South Wing. It's easy to get to the slopes (you do have to walk a short uphill, but if even that little bit of cardio bothers you, perhaps skiing isn't for you). After eating at McDonald's, it's also a short uphill walk back to the hotel. The room amenities are complete, and it's quiet. The washing machine has a drying function, and the elevator car is very spacious and good. Food deliveries usually come right up to the room, but for package pickup, you have to go to the parcel room in the main hotel's parking lot, which is a bit inconvenient. However, you can leave outgoing packages at the lobby. The shuttle bus schedule is clear and accurate. If you have any questions, just ask the front desk. The afternoon shuttles can get quite crowded, and you might have to stand, which felt like an extra workout! 😂 If you don't like crowds, remember to take a taxi. However, the shuttle to the hotel should be fine on weekdays. The gym and pool are at the main hotel, which was decent. I went for a workout there on my first afternoon when I could only do night skiing. As someone from Guangdong, I have zero expectations for food once I leave Guangzhou, so as for breakfast quality, forget about it. As long as it's clean, hygienic, and fills me up, that's all that matters. Finally, thanks to the hotel for putting my forgotten items into my ski bag and mailing them back. Much appreciated! ☺️
