The hotel is in an excellent location. It's very close to the ancient city and you can walk there. The hotel front desk and the cleaning lady are all very nice. It happened to be my mother's birthday and they gave her a small cake and a handwritten card. I was very touched. They also helped me upgrade the room. Thank you.

The first time I went to Zhangzhou to play, I booked Zhangzhou Hotel on Ctrip and stayed in the Narcissus Building. The hotel is very close to the ancient city of Zhangzhou. It takes only seven or eight minutes to walk there. The ancient city is very lively and worth visiting. The environment outside the hotel is very large, with green trees, fish ponds and lotus flowers. It is very comfortable to take a walk. The room is spacious, clean, hygienic, and has no peculiar smell. The sound insulation is good and you can sleep quietly. Thank you for the fruit provided by the hotel. The buffet breakfast is also great. There is a large meeting room, which makes people feel comfortable overall. It is suitable for parent-child travel and business meetings.

The hotel room is also very large, and the water gets hot very quickly when taking a shower. I couldn't adjust the TV, so I asked the front desk, and a staff member came to the room to adjust it immediately. They were very patient. The only drawback was that there was a sound like an air conditioner or other machine in my room at night. It was probably because it was close to the equipment room. It affected my sleep a bit on the first day, but maybe I was tired from playing the next day and fell asleep quickly. I heard it, but I hope the hotel can pay attention to this issue, find a solution, and make improvements.

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

The hotel has very central location, only 5 minutes walk from Zhongshan Park and the Ancient City. There are many small restaurants serving all kinds of food around. There is also a big supermarket about 400 meters away. The room was clean and quiet, the bathroom is a bit tight, but the design has alleviated the size issue. There were complimentary dessert in the evening and several kinds of tea. The internet could be a bit faster.
