真的沒住過這麼差的公寓，衞生非常差，一進來床單被套都是鄒的，感覺別人用過一樣，床單是鋪上去的，沒有固定的，會移動露出床墊，而且床墊的彈簧有一邊都是壞的，坐上去直接到底了，還有枕頭套是爛的，浴袍更是直接爛了一個大洞，衹能拿來擦腳的，根本沒辦法用的，嚴重懷疑這些必用品都沒有一客一換的，而且是反覆使用的，爛了照樣給客人用，拖鞋也發臭，沙發都發黴了，也不會買個沙發套，最過分的是熱水器漏水，而且衞生間排水做的不好，地上全是水，還要自己排水，要不然根本沒辦法踩進去。房間還沒有排氣扇，非常悶，想開兩個窗通風，其中一個窗還打不開，衹能開一個，感覺沒啥用，還是很悶，還有樓下是酒吧，9點開始就有很大的音響聲。非常吵。
本人不管買什麼或者住酒店啥的基本不會點評，這次是真破防了，真的極差，望大家謹慎...不過一説一，價格是便宜，但是同等價位的公寓比這個好的還是有的

整體感覺很不舒服，衞生間的櫃子是爛的，電視看不了，從地下停車場到酒店的過程也不美好，整個房間有一股不好聞的味道，所謂的海景房看到的也不咋地

優點：房間大，環境還行 缺點：①熱水器不好用②廁所排風扇滴水，上廁所能滴水到身上，重點還是黃色的油水③房間多蟑螂，在台上化粧總跑出蟑螂行李箱放地上跑進三衹蟑螂…④在床頭櫃子角落發現了用過的tt⑤預訂的是三晚，衹有第一天給我打掃丟垃圾，後期反映了也沒打掃，紙巾水都是自己買了兩天
