距離市區是有些距離的，但是到鼎湖山還是OK的。設施很新很乾凈。幾個服務員很好很熱情，老闆得加雞腿！床鋪和淋浴都很舒服。缺點：到店比較晚，酒店餐廳沒有開門（不過外賣還是很方便），整體還是很滿意的一次體驗。

地理位置交通方便，離火車站很近，房間很乾凈舒適，wifi也很好，看電影也不卡，空調製冷也不錯，一點也不熱，洗浴設施也很全，前台職員小龍也很熱情，每次進門就問好，有免費停車位，有種星級酒店的待遇。下次還會選擇

房間非常乾淨，香薰的味道非常舒服。裝修風格簡潔，前台工作人員小輝和小玲的素質也很高，辦理入住非常流暢，小英也非常熱情。有大型的停車場，停車也非常方便，還有自助早餐豐富好吃，餐廳環境好，工作人員謝潔平熱情大方，態度好，值得點贊

總體服務是可以的，就是剛好遇到團隊活動一大批住客，入住時和吃早餐時也很多人。
房間有煙味，廁所門把手是壞的……
健身室和麻將室在同一個空間，打麻將的客人一直在抽煙……

訂了2間雙床房，離景區好近。前台小向跟小峯服務很好，很貼心給我們贈送了早餐，酒店設施齊全，有健身房和洗衣房，早餐英姐和莫主管服務到位，真不錯！

大堂不算大，但環境挺好，中間有個養魚的小池，很特別。前台服務不錯，積極幫忙解決問題。房間不算大，但很精緻，乾淨衞生，裏面的東西都很新。訂房前看到有評論説淋浴間很小，空間其實還可以，轉身還是很自如的。晚上很安靜，睡得很舒服。自助早餐能填飽肚子，品種和味道肯定不能和五星級比，但300多一晚還包早餐算是可以的了。

非常不滿酒店沒有將禁煙地區和禁煙樓層的管控吸煙安排！本人這次住宿三日兩夜，無論步入酒店大堂+電梯+住宿樓層都佈滿濃濃的吸煙味！訂住這家酒店認真伏伏伏！
至於前台服務員面冇表情十分冷漠, 反而要客人詢問食早餐位置、 洗衣房位置及開放時間才告知.
應該沒有必要再訪此酒店了.
