The high-floor lake-view rooms offer direct views of the Seven-Star Crags Lake and the city's nightscape, providing excellent scenery. Attentive service and great value for money. The front desk staff are warm and thoughtful, often surprising guests with free room upgrades or complimentary breakfast. The hotel provides free parking and luggage storage, which is a great perk for those traveling by car."

"The 'lake view room' we booked only offered a distant glimpse of the lake. Being on the 6th floor, the view of the lake was very poor and not worth it. The central air conditioning was stuck at 19 degrees Celsius and couldn't be adjusted, making the room very cold, so we had to turn it off. The staff's solution was to provide a portable heater, which was quite a laugh. Breakfast was also very mediocre, not up to a five-star standard. However, the hotel's location is excellent."

As for the downsides: (1) The complimentary afternoon tea included with the booking was quite subpar, feeling like a mere formality, and the waitress in the restaurant lacked service awareness and had a poor attitude. (2) The only other drawback is its distance from the city center."

"The room was clean and tidy, and all the furnishings and facilities were brand new. The electric curtains were a great touch! 👍🏻 The surrounding environment was also very quiet and peaceful, which is perfect for people with light sleep. Shopping, dining, and tourist spots like Qilou Old Street and Song City Wall are all very close, just about a ten-minute walk. The parking lot is huge. I was worried about finding parking during the National Day holiday, but it turned out to be massive with plenty of empty spaces and not many cars parked. Plus, there were staff patrolling and directing, which felt very safe. One thing to note for everyone: try not to book a room near the family rooms, because if a few kids check in, you'll have a headache!"

It's completely not worth the money. The overall experience was extremely poor. For a newly opened hotel to be this bad, I sincerely do not recommend it. Avoid it!"
