Amazing service throughout our stay! Very happy we chose to stay here for the weekend, the staff couldn’t have done more for us and the food was delicious! Only thing was the pool wasn’t usable but with the current weather in China it is understandable.
We will definitely visit again! Thank you for such great care of us during our stay ❤️

I will cerrainly return. The staff were incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond their duty to help me when I left my purse with passport in a taxi and had no idea what to do to get it back. They checked cameras, contacted police and ultimately returned my things. Forever grateful. Also, the hotel is close to the entry of the mountain and it offers incredible chinese and western food as well as quiet, clean rooms. Thanks again for such a pleasant stay.

半山•休閑雙人下午茶:糕點特別軟糯好吃
可惜下雨沒能在泳池游泳。房間很好看，床品舒適，房間還有山泉直飲水，比礦泉水甜。早餐粥很好吃，下次其他地方試下分店。

二刷了，住過的民宿的天花板。環境：鼎湖山腳下，處在山邊上，空氣很好，而且在小區最裡麪，很安靜。走出小區就是上鼎湖山的馬路，路上熱鬧。所以是鬧中取靜的地方。每個房間的設計都不一樣，各具特色。
衞生：房間設施很乾凈，餐飲器具，公用衞生間也很乾凈。
設施：五星級酒店的配置，該有的都有。
服務：管家非常細心，而且主動服務意識強，能注意到細節。能滿足我硬板床的要求，腰椎間盤突出的放心入住。
餐飲：能在這裏住一部分因為乾淨，另一部分就是餐飲出品能滿足我的味蕾，粵菜出品不一般。早餐分量足，有當地特色的粽子。如果能有不同口味的粽子就更好了。

民宿離鼎湖比較近，走路幾分鐘可到景區門口，但周圍環境一般，停車位不多，遇到節假日停車有點麻煩，設施沒有圖片的好看，我們訂的房型，有一間房很小，另一間雙床房就大一些，酒店的飯菜出品和服務還可以，就是房價有些偏好，不值這個價。如果節假日想去鼎湖，建議早上8點前到景區

講真，如果不是民宿服務人員態度很好，真的可能連一星星都不想給，一進屋就是一股濃郁的發黴的味道，房間裏各種發黴的跡象，房間設施也很簡陋，泳池也基本是個擺設，也沒有任何小朋友的遊樂設施，完全和一千四的房費不匹配，挺失望的。
