上樓有人問我在那個房住，然後我想着也不會有壞人。就給他説了，結果他們半夜來我們附近找，還説我們的門牌號，還好他們沒記清楚，否則後果不堪設想，真的是要嚇**了，而且住的地方設備陳舊，進門一股臭味兒，毯子也非常臟

隔音差，晚上12點隔壁一男一女唱歌，把我吵醒了。跟前台打電話投訴，前台卻説讓我去提醒隔壁。讓我提醒？不怕我們吵起來？我説應該酒店派人過來提醒，前台説他核實下情況。結果我在門口等了半天還是沒人過來處理。我衹能穿上衣服下樓來前台。前台還是堅持讓我自己去提醒。我就納悶了，為啥讓我去提醒，不怕我們吵起來？我要了他們經理電話，結果經理説房間賣給人家了，要提醒讓我自己去提醒。還是讓我自己去提醒？我花錢入住你們酒店，半夜12點被吵的睡不着，讓我自己去提醒？我覺得他們經理不作為，我得向他們老闆反應一下，結果經理就是他們的老闆。堅持讓我自己去提醒隔壁。我本來就生氣，去提醒肯定會吵起來。我跟老闆反應，應該你們去處理。老闆説他下樓之前去過了，沒有聲音。沒有聲音？我氣得不行。太敷衍了。我説你們應該第一時間去提醒隔壁，過了12點了，不要影響別人。老闆説了半天，還是不肯去提醒。沒辦法，我衹能要求換房。我跟保安兩個人上樓了，我讓保安在門口聽了會，裏面還在唱歌。老闆敷衍我説沒聲音。氣死我了。換的房間比較偏，保安帶着我轉了2圈才找到。大半夜12點，遇到這種事真是***了，花錢買罪受。本來還是過生日，氣死了。

1 酒店濕氣很重，牆面開裂，角落很臟
2 房間隔音很差
3 空調運行聲音很大，製冷不行
4 投屏是個擺設，根本無法使用，半夜閃紅燈，很嚇人
5 淋浴水温很低，不是一次性的
6 被子床單質感很差，蓋在身上黏黏的
7 拖鞋穿上腳疼，很臭

酒店比預想中的要乾淨 床也很軟 空間也很大 離市中心近 附近出遊遊玩都很方便 唯一美中不足的是房間沒有窗户 心裏稍微有一點點不舒服
