酒店服務態度相當不好，衞生很差，枕頭套和床單很臟，打電話讓前台更換，他們態度極度惡劣，反覆推脱，半夜三更還説不給我們住，強行讓我退房！

房間沒有按網上圖片安排，水龍頭跑水，床單臟，衞生一般，窗簾拉不上，熱水器容量小，冬天洗澡水量不夠，空調也不能用。

不太好，訂的商務雙人房，結果換成了親子房，裏面一個床大一個床小一點都不方便，廁所味道還特別大，感覺衞生都沒打掃好，遙控器都是粘的
