能從鄭州眾多酒店中選出這麼一個垃圾也是挺佩服我自己。前台服務那真是差的要命，我入住問了一下空調的事情，她冷冷地回覆：空調都關了，沒辦法用，攜程不是寫了嗎？真是一張嘴就惹人嫌，這麼會懟人你做什麼前台呢？還有浴室的淋浴頭在腰這個位置，根本沒辦法洗澡！手持淋浴頭嗎？頭頂沒有架子也沒有卡槽，鄭州人均身高一米三？這種垃圾酒店真的史無前例！

客房的阿姨很好，發現了我遺落的衣服，還特意打電話過來，最後幫我拿了一個酒店的袋子裝起來，酒店整體距離萬達等地方都很近，很方便，住宿條件，睡眠條件都挺好，整體文創可以看到還是很有用心。

古色古香的裝修，20年入住過，這次來鄭州直接訂的這個酒店，還是和之前一樣。訂的親子房，唯一需要注意的就是洗漱台離床太近，感覺水龍頭正常開擔心濺到床上。其他都好，上次晚上還送熱牛奶和水果，這次入住的晚了些沒有了。

服務不熱情 管理不專業
早餐就不如五元地攤（48元的早餐），好好的食材讓他們浪費了，不是差，是太差
