My booking on Ctrip.com includes single breakfast, and I need to add money to upgrade. I definitely don’t want to. The guy at the front desk said that you can’t live there and feel embarrassed. For this kind of service that does not consider customers but only makes money for yourself Purpose and philosophy. I cannot accept it. You use it as an excuse to upgrade your guests free of charge. In fact, you are asking them to add money, and you don’t have to pay commissions on Ctrip. This behavior violates business ethics. This kind of behavior is known as “Qie Ke” on the OTA, which is a violation of the rules and should be punished. If there is no such thing, check in directly for me, I think it will be a good check-in experience.

When I come out to play with my boyfriend, I must live in Huazhu Club. I really love Huazhu Club every time I live there all seasons. Later I found out that this newly opened store was renovated this year. The hotel opened this year. The toilet is very good and the bed industry is very soft. It also gave free fruit. The smell in the lobby is really good and refreshing. The lady at the front desk is very talkative and gentle! I am really used to this kind of clean and high-end hotel and I can’t live in anything else. Every detail is done very well, very user-friendly, and very warm. 華住的酒店住過好幾個品牌。總的感覺衞生和服務都不錯。不過鄭州鄭東新區城際酒店給我的體驗感更好一些。1、酒店剛開業不久，所有的傢俱被褥都很新。2、房間和餐廳比較寬敞，讓人感到舒適。3、酒店離鄭州高鐵站和鄭州汽車客運樞紐站、地鐵站步行衹要十多分鐘，公交車站就在酒店門口，不管去哪兒都非常方便。4、酒店沒有接待旅行團，所以早餐用餐環境比較文雅，沒有人喧嘩。特別是酒店有“深夜粥到”，對外出旅遊回來晚和住店時還要加班的人特別友好。5、酒店每天還提供2杯膠囊咖啡和迎賓水果。原來訂了三晚的房間，因為感覺住着頂方便舒服，又兩次續訂了房間。

早餐豐富，停車方便。服務態度特別好，非常滿意，尤其是辦理入住時候前台的女服務員，也特別熱情。不足之處，房型不太規整，燴麪沒有羊肉，房型也看不出來高級和豪華的區別，但是服務態度彌補一切，推薦大家入住！
