酒店服務非常好，很熱情，服務態度特別棒，衞生很乾凈，離二七廣場、大衞城啥的都挺近的，交通也很方便，離地鐵口就沒多遠，整體還是十分舒適的，一次還不錯的入住體驗哦！

從大學生出來玩來看 感覺這房間挺不錯 去前台辦理入住 服務態度挺好 房間乾淨整潔優美舒適 有什麼需要幫忙的前台的人挺積極解決 耳機忘拿了 前台用快遞寄過來了 挺熱心的 下次還入住星薈這個名宿

説實話！這個酒店的衞生是真差！衞生間就跟出租房沒差區別！還有一股難聞的氣味！空調那麼冷的天氣不治暖！一晚上空調聲音好很大，遙控器很臟！洗個澡整個衞生間都要水漫金山！之前沒住過公寓酒店説是嘗試下看圖片很好！體驗感太差！以後再不會住這種的啦！同樣的價格住連鎖最起碼衞生條件好！

1.衞生不是一般的差勁，床上有頭髮，.地上還有蟲子，房間還有灰塵，還有蚊蟲，一晚上踩死四五衹，也不知道衞生是怎麼打掃的！也不知道晚上有沒有蟲子趴在床上，難以恭維！
2.環境更別提了，非常差勁，在公寓樓裏，房間安排在了垃圾存放間附近，真的難以想象這個環境！
3.設施和圖片上非常不符，非常陳舊，很差的一次體驗，定價匹配不上這樣的房間設施，樓道很超，房間很潮濕，
