酒店環境非常好，位置離市中心很近，步行就能到合記燴麪總店和二七廣場。
所有服務人員都特別熱情，超級贊。對酒店服務人員的熱情款待打滿分。
我們一家四口定的親子房，房間很大，佈置非常漂亮，有帳篷，沙發，寫字枱，還準備了水果乾果。孩子特別喜歡。
但是親子房挨着電梯井，尤其那個單人床，就挨着電梯井放置。進門孩子迫不及待開了電視，加上出了電梯，得拐一下，所以也沒注意到電梯的聲音，等到晚上睡覺時，電梯的聲音凸顯出來了，出門看，才意識到。詢問了前台，説所有的親子房佈局都一樣，都是挨着電梯井的，衹能給我們送來了耳塞。所以推薦大家定這間酒店，但最好不定親子房。

酒店地址位置好，對面就是紫金山公園，不遠處有最大的丹尼斯超市，出行很方便。本次入住的標準間，設計非常人性化，浴室的落地窗是電子屏幕，可以調整為不透明模式。其他細節都很到位，處處體現用心。據介紹是2022年按照五星級標準重新裝修的，大堂經理、服務人員態度都非常好，和藹可親，主動上前詢問，介紹當地景點。早餐也很豐富，離開的那天比較早有點匆忙，工作人員還特意打包了早餐，整體體驗感非常好。還會再來👍

設施：裝修很新，設施齊全，電動窗簾、智能馬桶等一應俱全，房間比較大，帶有陽台，舒適度高。
衞生：保潔人員非常盡職盡責，衞生乾淨。
環境：鬧中取靜，位置在紫荊山立交，但裏面是個大院子，好幾棟樓，非常安靜，貴賓樓的環境最好。
服務：非常細心和貼心，攜程預訂有入住禮，有抽獎遊戲，有歡迎水果。因為我第二天有考試，早餐是7點開始，我6點半就要出發，和工作人員溝通後，幫我準備的雞蛋+小麪包+糕點，還有一個柿柿如意的小香包，第二天準時六點半送到我的房間，入住心情非常愉悦，考試當天發揮也特別好。非常貼心的服務，非常滿意。有機會再到附近還會入住的。

毫不誇張地説，這是近幾年所住酒店中最好服務的No1，沒有之一。從入位開始，就受到王華女士及其同事們的貼心服務，所提問題均及時得到處理，早餐時餐廳服務熱情，為你們的服務點贊。酒店位於市中心，位置佳，房間安靜，面積大，房型結構好，設施先進，小陽台更是個驚喜。如果非要找點小瑕疵，希望早餐品種能更豐富，更有河南特色，時間也該延長點。總之，非常愉快的一次住宿體驗，下次來鄭州必選。

入住的御吉是新裝修的，很有特色。房間帶個小陽台，乾濕分區，還有心贈送了眼貼。入住期間，趕上了一個全省的會議，早飯時人太多了，去的時候一片狼藉，感覺不太好，看到都沒胃口。在網上訂酒店，有伴手禮和抽獎，但在辦理入住時前台人員沒主動提醒，是第二天客人主動問起才給了禮物。

御吉貴賓樓是整個河南旅程中最大的驚喜。先説設施裝修很新，大堂以衹此青綠為主題既氣派又有河南人文色彩。層高廊闊是飯店中少有的，房間很大，台盆杜拉維特，九牧的自動馬桶加熱沖淋，燈光感應，大床2.2米，舒適感和品級都很高，有贈送的水果和牛奶，床頭有加熱眼罩，能做到如此細節，及其難能可貴。
再説服務，入住前就有電話確認你到店的時間問你有何需求，到店後前台的主管王華小姐很主動地提供餐飲遊玩的訊息，介紹當地的特色，大堂居然還有出借漢服，晚上回店挺晚了看我對漢服很有興趣，熱情地邀請我試穿拍照，過程中迎賓的小王姑娘很耐心的幫我穿戴繁瑣的漢服，前廳部的黃婉經理百忙之中跑前跑後幫我選角度拍照，介紹酒店歷史，推薦河南文旅路線，她們出自真心的熱情和服務意識令人感動。最後因為火車時間較晚，王主管還幫我申請特批了延遲退房到四點，這種自上而下，以客為尊的服務精神真是極為罕見，讓我對河南文旅發展充滿了信心。

這次出遊住的御吉酒店在紫荊山地鐵站旁，交通很方便。酒店在河南飯店的院子裏，很安靜。客房挺大，設備也很新，打掃的也很乾凈。酒店服務也很好，入住時前台工作人員很熱情，一直陪我們到客房，還給我們送了下午茶和水果。我們入住時諮詢周邊吃飯的飯館是否還開門，前台的服務人員幫我們打電話確認，非常感謝酒店服務人員的熱情，入住體驗很好，是個值得推薦的酒店。以後來鄭州還會選擇御吉酒店入住。
