Shuxiang Xinbo Hotel

The hotel is very close to Xijin Ferry and Zhenjiang Museum. The hotel is built on a mountain. The little girl at the front desk was very helpful and helped to upgrade the room type. The room was quiet and large. The room was very spacious and had automatic curtains. There was free mineral water in the room. There are tea bags, toiletries, and slippers, which will be replenished after use. The hygiene is very good, and the sheets, quilts, and pillows are clean and comfortable. There is plenty of water for bathing, the breakfast is good, there are many choices, and the park environment is very beautiful. There is free hot fruit tea and biscuits in the lobby. The check-out speed is very fast. Overall, I am satisfied and it is worth staying.

I have to carry luggage up and down the stairs, and the front desk service of the hotel is not good. When I left the store, I asked the female staff at the front desk if the elevator was ok. They said no, and then saw me, a woman carrying a big box, and didn't mean to help... Need more training❗️ There are a lot of other room for improvement. The shampoo is of poor quality, the room is too empty and it’s scary to live in. You don’t need to think about bathrobes and coffee. The furniture is old. The Pearl Hotel is much better than the Orange Hotel. The room there is not so big, but it is proportional to the furniture, and it is also very fashionable. The make-up mirror has an aperture, and there are bathrobes and instant coffee. There is an electronic scale in the room. There is a convenience store nearby, and the location is convenient to go anywhere at the entrance of Xijin Ferry. It is very popular. Of course, oranges may be more suitable for group building or long-term recuperation. After all, the room is quiet enough and big enough, provided that the problem of scalding and peeling water is solved first!

鎮江作為父親的老家，我曾經在90年代末出差路過，印象中那次衹是遊了金山寺。所以這次是退休後專門來鎮江看看，在小紅書上看鎮江旅遊攻略，推薦住西津渡區域內的酒店，遂在攜程上搜尋，發現在西津渡裏位置不錯的酒店有不少，差點選擇困難。綜合考慮選擇了書香心泊酒店，在4.5以上評分酒店中我比較喜歡酒店的設計風格，傳統與新設計的結合，衹是擔憂自駕游去沒有車位（看評價説門口車位少），所以預先聯繫酒店確認車位，説是門口還有車位，酒店在附近另有停車場，不必擔心。所幸我們去住的2晚都能停在門口。大概是淡季的緣故，我訂的是大床房，酒店給免費升級到套房，有電梯（酒店是民國老房子改造的，樓高大約4、5層的樣子）。套房有客廳+衣帽間+標準大床房，空間比較大，且乾淨衞生，2米寬的大床，床品不錯，柔軟舒適，很nice。衞生間除了標配的洗漱用品外，還配了浴缸薄膜，這是我們從廣州一路開車過來住的多個酒店唯一見到的，為此我們也是唯一一次敢在酒店裡的浴缸泡澡解乏的。房間的塑料拖鞋需要電話前台索要（這是本次自駕遊得到的經驗），小機器人將拖鞋送上來，會自行電話通知，行走靜音，不吵人，很是可愛。看評價有對房間裏的電控開關詬病的，果然如此，電控開關的設計太過另類小眾，操作很不直觀，衹能是摸索着按鍵，感覺是不太適合酒店使用的，特別是對長者家很不友好。不過，開關這個是小瑕疵，影響不大。總體來説，酒店的體驗感還是很好的，且性價比很高。
