The breakfast is not very varied but it is also exquisite. There is freshly ground coffee, which is a bonus! Overall, it is cost-effective. But the hotel may be under renovation. I stayed on the 17th floor. From noon to evening on the day of check-in, and from 7 am the next day, I was disturbed by the noise of the renovation and could not sleep. The noise from the electric drill or some renovation tools made me feel irritated.

We checked into your hotel on May 8th. When we checked in in the afternoon, we felt that the professional quality of the two front desk waiters was poor. They treated the passengers coldly, arrogantly, and unprofessionally. In addition, the quality of breakfast was poor, with too few varieties, and the milk was actually made of milk powder with too much water. However, the quality and attitude of the dining hall staff were very good, and they were very friendly and professional to the guests, which deserves praise👍! The hotel has complete hardware facilities, comparable to star hotels, with a large parking lot and a spacious lobby.

The hotel's decoration style is simple and the hygiene is super 👍🏻. The hotel staff is very nice. The most important thing is that the mattress and latex pillow are very comfortable, allowing people to relax and rest. Opposite the hotel is the wetland park, and there is a night market in the evening.

The room is very beautiful, well-equipped, the pillows are very comfortable, the service provided by the lady is good, and it makes people feel the warmth of home. The hotel also provides a rich buffet breakfast with a variety of food to choose from. It is really nice to stay here~

Overall it's good, the sanitation can be even cleaner. There is always a smell of urine in the toilet, I flushed the water many times. It still smells, probably because it was not completely cleaned during cleaning. But the overall service is good in all aspects.

We wanted to turn on the air conditioner to warm it up, but it got colder and colder. The room dropped from 24 degrees to 19 degrees, so we called to ask if this is central air conditioning. The front desk said that they didn't know and asked for room service. As a result, no one came after half an hour. We called again to ask, and the front desk who took over said that they didn't know, and said that the room service had gone off work, and said that they were going off work too. After the night shift came, we called again to make a request. Later, it was really cold and unbearable. With the mentality of being unfamiliar with the place, I didn't get angry. I went downstairs to communicate with the front desk. Finally, 30 minutes after the communication, the front desk staff helped us get another quilt. If the service quality can be improved, I think the hotel will be able to reach five stars in no time.
