"We are from Canada and this is our second time staying here. We were here last year with our elderly father in law and we very much enjoyed our stay so we decided to stay here again on the Executive Suite level. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoy the daily breakfast and then the included tea time, dinner and laundry service package which is fabulous and all for an unbeatable price! They even replace a button on your shirt if needed when they do your laundry! The heated multi-functional toilet is nice. Communication is not an issue as some staff speak English or we use our translator app with no issues at all. Amazing service! We quite enjoy the Gladden Hotel."

"Every time I travel, this is my go-to hotel. The front desk staff are warm and thoughtful, and check-in is super quick. The environment is absolutely wonderful, elegant, and comfortable, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The bedding is soft and cozy, and the service is excellent. A special shout-out to the beautiful proprietress! The hotel offers breakfast, coffee, and ice cream, and parking is free. It's conveniently located, offers incredible value for money, and is highly recommended."

"Facilities: This is a newly opened hotel, so all the facilities and equipment are brand new. Hygiene: Excellent! Being a new hotel, there was no unpleasant smell upon entering. I'd say they did a great job with odor removal and using aromatherapy. Environment: Perfect for business trips. It's very close to the high-speed train station, just a 10-minute taxi ride, costing only the base fare. Service: Great! They made me feel right at home and even upgraded my room type for free. The experience was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip."

"This hotel is immediately above a Wanda Plaza, so everything you need is downstairs. Everything in the room worked well, and unfortunately so slept through the breakfast time so can't comment on that. Deposit was ￥200 and foreign guests are welcome."

"Excellent service 👍 We called ahead before check-in to ask if we needed anything, and the air conditioning was already on. Excellent odor removal 👍 We thought the new hotel would have some odors, but after check-in, we found it was very well-managed 👍 All Seasons is truly trustworthy. The first floor of the hotel is spacious, with plenty of office-style desks and chairs, a thoughtful touch that makes it perfect for work. Excellent cleanliness 👍 The bathroom, windows, and room were all kept very clean and tidy. The new hotel is a great value for money 🤗🤗🤗 I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip."
