Our family of 4 stayed at the Star Hotel for 2 nights at a price of more than 2,000 yuan per night in the off-season. It was really worth it! ! First of all, the location is very good. It is in the Shapotou Scenic Area. You can play in the Yellow River area and the desert area, and there is a shuttle bus. Secondly, the hotel's parent-child activities, such as stargazing activities, are irreplaceable. Even if you don't go to the Shapotou Scenic Area, the hotel can still be full of programs. Finally, the hotel includes breakfast, dinner, and supper. Dinner is hot pot, and there is also a buffet (40 yuan per adult), which are all delicious! ! Dyson hair dryer and L'Occitane, supplemented with fruits and drinks every day. It is really a high-end enjoyment to have this configuration in the desert😎. If you have the conditions, you must stay for 2 nights!

The hotel is really amazing from design to facilities. The photos are very good. The room is very comfortable. Some thoughtful little things make the whole stay not boring for a minute. The hotel's activities are more suitable for young children, but there are few people on the balcony outside the room and the sandboarding is very enjoyable. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, the food quality is very high, and the taste is also online. At night, I paid to participate in the astronomical telescope activity. Under the patient explanation of brother Alapati, I clearly saw the real appearance of the moon, which was very shocking! There are also special cars to pick up and drop off when going to scenic spots, which is convenient. The only shortcoming is that the internal communication of the hotel is not smooth, resulting in many services that should be enjoyed. For example, when checking in at the front desk, they said that my son was overage and needed to pay a fee of 680, which included meals and extra beds. But after watching the astronomical telescope at 10 o'clock in the evening, he didn't come to the room to add a bed. After the notification, a waiter came and said that there was no bed and it was added... I said this was unacceptable, and she asked me if I had to add this bed tonight? Why should I pay the fee if I didn't add it. Although it was later solved with the assistance of the hotel manager on duty, I made a floor bed and exempted the fee for the next day. I am very grateful to the manager on duty, who seems to be surnamed Yang. But the next day when we arrived at the restaurant, someone wanted to charge us for the privilege fee. Sigh. The butlers were also very good and answered all the questions, but I hope they can take the initiative to remind customers of the precautions. After all, it was our first time here, and there were many things that the butlers didn't tell us. For example, when we wanted to participate in the astronomical telescope, we told the butler but he didn't help us make an appointment or remind us to make an appointment. When we arrived, we were almost not allowed to enter. We agreed after repeated communication. I hope it will be better in the future. In general, everything in the Diamond Hotel is worth its price.

The hotel environment is really good, and they also give away tickets to Shapotou 🎫. You can take a car from the Gate of Time and Space to the Desert Hotel, and then be sent to the room by electric car. There are A, B, and C areas. I strongly recommend the single-family wooden house in Area B with my child. You can slide and dig sand at the door. The hotel is very large, with a sand sea, an outdoor swimming pool, a stargazing valley, an activity room, a cafe, a convenience store, a theater, and a restaurant. The self-service hot pot in Area B is particularly rich, with beef and mutton as you like, and breakfast, which is very good 🌠There are many children's activities. When you check in, you will be given a wristband and a specific activity form. You can play for a day without leaving the hotel. There are stargazing activities at night. There are many waiters and the service is very good! 🌠The sand is very soft and clean, you can have fun all day long! The key point is that there are sand dunes in front of and behind each room, no one disturbs you! Feel free to play! 🌠Remember to wear sunscreen! The ultraviolet rays are too strong! You don’t need to bring too many thick clothes! One sunscreen jacket is enough! And I was late for a while, and the staff was also very good! ! There is no substitute for desert stars! 4️⃣The scenery of the hotel is amazing for taking pictures! You can watch the sunrise on the star side and the sunset on the diamond side! ! It's amazing! ! Many scenes are definitely taken! ! ! 5️⃣I only went to the panoramic restaurant. It was delicious and the ingredients were good, and the photos were also beautiful! ! In general, it is not only suitable for families, friends, and traveling alone! !

Facilities: The bed in the sand view room is relatively large, and we two adults and two children slept very comfortably. Environment: The environment is very acceptable. At first, we were given a room next to the swimming pool, but we thought it was too noisy, so we moved to the other side. There were obstructions in front, and the pick-up service was also very slow. It took a long time to call a car. I really want to learn from the butler service of Tent No. 7. The food is great, with many choices, and there are also midnight snacks in the evening. You can try it.

The friends in the hotel activity center are very friendly. Desert Adventure: Today, teachers Xiaomei and Yuxin from the activity room led the little warriors to climb over the sand slope, learn about desert plants, and look for dung beetles, weevils, lizards... The whole hike took about an hour. The children climbed up and down, scrambling for each other, and didn't feel tired at all. It was super happy. Starry sky sharing session: Lying on a lounge chair in the Star Valley, looking up at the vast starry sky, and following the explanation of the teacher of the Star Trace Observatory to understand the knowledge of the Big Dipper and various constellations is definitely a rare romantic experience. Teacher Feng from the Star Trace Observatory explained very well. I like it very much and will come again. It is really not easy to have such complete facilities in the desert.
