"As someone who pays attention to every detail, I couldn't find a single fault with this B&B in Zhongwei! The desert environment is quiet and beautiful, the air is fresh, and the views are spectacular. It's incredibly therapeutic to be away from the hustle and bustle. The room layout is well-planned and functional, with a smooth flow and thoughtful storage, making it very convenient to stay in. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained, with plenty of stable hot water that comes out quickly and maintains a consistent temperature. The bathroom was spotless. The bedding was brand new, clean, crisp, soft, and gentle on the skin. Both the pillows and mattress were perfectly comfortable, ensuring a deep and restful sleep. The food was home-style, freshly prepared, delicious, and flavorful – not too strong or greasy, healthy and satisfying. The service was exceptional, with the owner personally attending to us throughout our stay. They were warm, polite, and responsive, proactively anticipating our needs while being attentive without being intrusive. The cleanliness, environment, facilities, dining, and service were all top-notch. A perfect accommodation experience in Zhongwei!"

"The hotel's location right next to Gulou (Drum Tower) is fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The facilities are comprehensive, the environment is clean and tidy, and I was quite satisfied with the self-service breakfast. The parking lot is a bit far, but the security guard drives guests to and from it, which is a nice service touch. However, I have a complaint about the parking fee: when picking up the car, the security guard dropped us off at the parking lot and told us we needed to pay five yuan first, then add the front desk on WeChat to get reimbursed. But when we got back to the hotel, there was no parking spot nearby, and the car behind us was honking, so we didn't have time to go back to the front desk to add them on WeChat. Why didn't the front desk mention adding them on WeChat for reimbursement during check-in or when we asked the security guard to take us to the car? And why didn't the security guard mention it before we left? Usually, parking is free for hotel guests. It's only when you're dropped off at the parking lot that they say: pay first, then get reimbursed. Even if it's a partner parking lot, why doesn't the hotel provide a parking ticket and settle it directly? This five-yuan hassle for self-driving guests shows a lack of service awareness from the hotel. Is the hotel doing this to save money or to make things difficult for self-driving guests? I really don't understand. If this practice doesn't change, self-driving guests won't be returning customers."

"The hotel contacted us after we booked the room and sent us the parking lot location. When we arrived at the parking lot, the owner drove to pick us up and took us to the camp. The tents were spacious, clean, and neatly arranged. During the day, you can enjoy desert activities such as camel riding, desert surfing cars, and sandboarding. There was a bonfire party and fireworks at night, which was very lively. The housekeeper, Brother Li, provided good service. I recommend it."

"This hotel is located in a bustling area and has an underground parking garage. There are plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner. The breakfast spread is quite generous, but the aisles between the tables in the restaurant are a bit narrow, so be careful not to bump into anyone. There also seem to be a limited number of tables, so it's best to avoid peak breakfast hours. A special heads-up: the hotel's underground parking entrance is not directly on the main road. No matter which direction you're coming from, you'll need to turn into the service road in front of the hotel in advance to avoid missing the entrance."
