住的套房很棒，不必星級酒店差反而覺得超過部分5星級酒店，早餐還行可以吃飽不過以素食為主，酒店為住店客人提供下午茶和一份晚上套餐二份菜和飯，量和味道都不錯，不夠可以另外再單點，酒店各個崗位的服務員都熱情周到，小院乾淨整潔，就在沙坡頭黃河區景區裏，出門就是黃河及沙漠天梯，黃河玻璃吊橋，晚上6點以後可以憑房卡到景區外停車場把自駕自駕車開進酒店停車場，黃河小院值得你去體驗。

比起星星酒店更喜歡這裏，窗口正對黃河邊，依水而居，可舒服了。沒有趕上下午茶，但晚飯在這裏吃，是套餐，兩個菜，再點多了一個菜，夠2大2小吃了，吃完飯去前台借滑沙板，到沙坡頭玩。坡度比沙漠區大，可好玩了，遊客都走了，人也少。我們帶着玩沙工具，堆城堡 滑沙，來來回回，從6點玩到8點，天還是亮的。看着黃河，背靠沙山，這才是沙坡頭最大的特色。

酒店在景區裏面，確實很安靜，在黃河邊，我們住的是房車，離普通房間有一點距離，一開始還擔心太安靜了，總體不錯，治安很好。美式房車空間蠻大，客廳還鋪了地鋪，等於是兩張床。要説缺點，就是空調聲音很響，睡眠不好的人會受影響。還有就是房間沒空調，雖然中衞夜間涼快，不需要空調，但是房車卧室空間小，有點悶（畢竟窗户小）。後來開了客廳空調冷氣打過來，總的來説，體驗不錯，值得

位置好，遊玩黃河區方便，門前就是小溪，服務好，會照顧到小孩，所有工作人員都很細心，不愧5a，帶小孩的遊客真建議住景區裏。房車空調有聲音，但是夜間不熱用不着，整體體驗感不錯。

五一期間入住，小院在景區裏，可以錯峯遊玩。等遊客都走了可以安靜的在逛逛。挖沙隨便挖。八點天才黑。
房間還可以，可以看到黃河雙床可以拼床，帶孩子住挺好，還有風扇，中午比較熱可以開開通風。
唯一不好，衞生間反水，馬桶沖下去，水又從怎麼淋浴房下水口撲出來了，這個有點難受。
服務很好，行李幫我們從黃河小院運到星星酒店，不用自己拿。
晚餐含在裏面，有套餐選，我選的番茄牛腩，肉很多最後沒吃完，我還加了菜，結果都吃不掉，浪費了，不加也夠三個人吃的。
總體來説蠻好的，除了衞生間。

酒店設施齊全，十分適合法定假期計劃在沙坡頭玩兩個半天的旅客。適逢五一假期，第一天上午到達酒店，酒店位於黃河區，下午坐擺渡車可以踏實遊玩沙漠區，晚上再回到黃河區酒店用餐休息，第二天一大早遊玩黃河區項目，完全不用排隊。這樣避免了倉促出行。在黃河邊用餐，晚上出門看到了北斗七星，非常滿意的旅程。門票、擺渡車的問題都可以諮詢酒店解決，服務意識明顯通過員工培訓有所改善。因房間衞生間裝修較老舊，如非法定假期出行，酒店價格略微偏高。

必須給黃河小院全五分好評，淡季臨時訂的房間，一切都是超預期的好。服務人員很熱情周到，提前就和我們聯繫給我們指引，還幫我們聯繫了晚上看沙坡頭盛典演出的門票和交通。小院在黃河景區裏，如果是帶小朋友長者玩沙坡頭的話，住景區裏太加分了。酒店出門走幾步就是羊皮筏子碼頭，住宿可以免費景區首道門票和坐擺渡車進去。酒店還送了下午茶和水果，還包了晚餐和早餐，很到位的一條龍服務。看到帶了小朋友，主動把滑沙板和挖沙工具送到放門口。
房間裝修很有特色，雖然洗手間有些舊但很乾凈整潔。退房時候孩子把沙漠撿的蒿子落房間，工作人員還特地給我們送出景區門口，娃説好感動，讓我記得寫好評。
