The beachfront location was nice. However, we found a few small bugs on my son's bed, possibly because we opened the window, which made me restless all night, constantly feeling like there were bugs in the bed. The customer service lady was very good; she immediately offered to change our room. But when checking out, the front desk didn't believe us about the bugs and even suggested we had opened the window, which left a bad taste in our mouths. The hotel waiters are all very nice, but the downside is that the hygiene is really poor. There is obvious hair and dust on the floor, and there are even snack packaging thrown by previous guests. If you stay for two days in a row, the only thing they do on the second day is make the bed and change the towels and other supplies, and they don't take care of the floor.
