The front desk staff were polite, friendly, and communicated patiently and thoroughly. They quickly completed the registration and thoughtfully informed us about the hotel's facilities, breakfast times, and other important details. We encountered no frustrating issues during our stay. Both the quality of the facilities and the staff's service truly lived up to the Sheraton brand standards. "The location is pretty good, about a ten-minute taxi ride to the pier. The sea view room offers a fantastic 270-degree ocean view. The only downside is that there are only two shuttle buses to the pier in the morning, so if you sleep in, you'll need to take a taxi."
