The hotel is located next to Ocean spring and there is a golf car style transfer car, which is very convenient for guests to go there. The facilities are 5 star level and the room is spacious with a balcony(only shower room flush is a bit weak). The staff was very kind and welcoming even though I couldn't speak Chinese as a foreigner, especially "Jin Yile(A1076)" helped us to navigate the hotel and assisted with us throughout wechat and showed her kindness and services. Thank you very much. The restaurant we visited the Japanese restaurant and we enjoyed the taste and freshness. Next time we'd love to re-visit there again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This is my first time total at The PATA Hotel with my families total 14 persons during this Easter Holidays. Hotel rooms are spacious & clean. Staff are polite & helpful in particular check in staff A1250 she is excellent very helpful and nice. She provided excellent service and provided detailed information, answered all my enquires promptly. Breakfast is good many varieties. Hotel provided free shuttles go around nearby areas… very convenient. I will recommend friends to stay at PATA. Thanks

Nice and perfect resort to spend with family especially if you have kids. The only downside is the buffet dinner with not many selection, also the Mysterious Island was not worthed coz most of the games were closed and some needed extra payment to play, but the free park was huge and the kids were happy. Hot spring was soooo good. Note, if you are driving there, they do have charging spots inside the resort which was a plus point for us.

The hotel was very new, clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and abundant and the Chinese restaurant was of high quality.

The entire Haiquanwan Park is well managed and maintained, and the service staff are very warm and friendly! The facilities of the Sailing Hotel are new and clean, and there are children's play facilities; the package includes unlimited hot springs, Mysterious Island Paradise and Dwarf Animal Park. The hot springs have multiple indoor and outdoor pools, and you can also soak in the hot springs and watch movies! Free battery cars drive throughout the park to pick up guests directly to attractions! The room includes a buffet breakfast with many food choices; Sail Hotel 7/F has Japanese Teppanyaki, the food is of high quality, but there are few choices; we also recommend the cooking library, which has a comfortable environment! The disadvantages are that the room has a bit of a drainage smell and there are not many choices of restaurants in the park!

In addition, delayed check-out can be allowed the next day, but for some people who are in a hurry, it is actually not enough. Parking: This is the first place to complain. There is a serious shortage of parking spaces. The security guard said that there are parking spaces in the garage, but there are no vacancies at all and no one is directing. The first impression is very bad. Facilities: How should I put it? From the perspective of a new hotel, the supporting facilities are not enough. It needs more support from other supporting facilities of the entire Haiquanwan Group. However, other supporting facilities such as hot springs, amusement parks, and small zoos are about 5 minutes away by car. Since parking spaces are extremely tight, most people use the hotel battery cars to travel, but the hotel battery cars are also hard to describe. I have tried waiting for 15 minutes before the car comes, which greatly affects my mood. The amusement park is actually very old, but the newly opened non-powered park is okay, but I also have to complain that some projects in it are charged extra, which is too stingy. In addition, the small zoo is okay, and the staff are also enthusiastic. It is worth taking children to go. Hygiene: Yes, if the new hotel is not hygienic, it will be punished. Environment: If the weather is good, the environment is unique, and the sea view is very open. Unfortunately, the weather has been too bad these days. Service: Most of the waiters are very good and friendly, and the training is in place. But the waiters at the buffet in the evening are generally not good. First of all, I made a reservation in advance. When I went to the front desk, the foreman wearing the party badge only collected money as soon as he met me. He didn't care whether the child was big or tall, and charged the full price directly. I really want to complain. If I don't say it, will you treat me as a big victim? In addition, I made a reservation in advance, shouldn't a seat be reserved for me? When I arrived at the scene, they just asked me to find an empty seat by myself, and they were very perfunctory. I thought to myself, are you sure? They were too lazy to give instructions? In addition, the waiters generally stood in punishment, especially four women who chatted for a long time, including when they were cleaning up at the end. Although there were not many people eating buffet, this is not a reason for you to slack off. Finally, the buffet products are really not good, and they are not at the same level as the Yuechun where I stayed two nights ago. The main reason why I gave a low score for service is that the impression of the buffet staff was really bad. The barrel principle has a short board that will affect the upper limit.

This resort has a long history. But the Sail Hotel is newly opened with complete facilities. There are several small parks nearby suitable for young children. The weather was very bad on May Day, so it was a pity that we didn't swim. The staff had a very good service attitude, especially A2370, who was very enthusiastic and recommended us food, drink and entertainment. This is a very cost-effective hotel. It is very suitable for family trips and short trips to relax.
