Chimelong Penguin Hotel

The hotel is nestled amidst beautiful mountains, offering a great environment and convenient transportation. We checked in on my child's birthday, and the hotel staff decorated the room and even surprised us with a gift, a cake, and express passes for two attractions. Our room had direct access to the Ocean Kingdom, which was a short and easy walk. The park has a fantastic array of marine animals to see and plenty of thrilling rides. My child had an absolute blast, and we can't wait to come back again! 👍👍👍

After checking in this morning, we left our luggage at the lobby, which was super convenient! Then we used the fast pass to enter the park directly. It really made traveling with kids a breeze. The room was all penguin-themed, and even the toiletries were penguin-related. My child absolutely loved it, it brought so much joy! Overall, very satisfied.

The location is fantastic! There's a covered walkway, so even on rainy days, you can get directly to Zhuhai Chimelong Ocean Kingdom without getting wet. They even upgraded my room, and every staff member was incredibly enthusiastic. I think the staff here are as well-trained as those at Disneyland: even if a problem isn't directly their responsibility, they'll resolve it internally rather than leaving it for the customer to deal with. I really appreciate that. Every day, the bed linens were arranged in a different, creative design ❤️ At the Penguin Restaurant, you can enjoy your meal while watching the penguins. The food selection is also very rich!

Choosing the Penguin Hotel for our family trip to Chimelong was perfect! The shuttle buses run frequently, making getting around super convenient. There's also a direct passage to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, so you don't have to walk under the sun, and you can get there in just a few minutes. The room was nice too, full of penguin-themed decor that our child absolutely loved. A special shout-out to the staff member who checked our room; they proactively informed us about a smell in the first room and patiently helped us switch to another one. Our little one adored it, and it made for a fantastic family vacation experience. Highly recommended!

Came with a friend, and we had a great time during our three-day, two-night stay. The hotel facilities are good, with many amenities for families. Our 'fireworks room' offered a nice view of the 8 PM fireworks. Breakfast was convenient; we could order it via a mini-program and have it delivered directly to our room. The hotel is over 10 years old, so the facilities and design aren't quite up to current standards. However, its biggest advantage is its location right in the scenic area, making it very convenient to get to all the attractions. There's free public transport, and the projects, exhibition halls, and activities within the area are all top-notch domestically. The hotel staff were also very helpful throughout, offering assistance and useful tips for our visit.
