一樓大堂有股綠茶味，香香的。大堂有熱水、茶葉、電腦、打印服務；前台有酒精濕巾、碘伏棉簽等簡單的醫療用品和洗護用品。
房間：房間面積寬敞，乾濕分離，浴室有頂噴。房內還有一個小吧枱，有個小的洗手池，這個設計有點少見，但是還挺方便的。房間內還有一張辦公桌。每天提供4瓶水，感覺比一般的酒店體驗感更好。
服務：清潔阿姨搞衞生髮現我們有晾曬衣服，特意拿了晾衣架給我們，幫我們把衣服晾在上面，很貼心的舉動。但是還是想提一下建議，如果可以還是留一張紙條告訴顧客你們有晾衣架，或者可以辦理入住的時候和顧客提一下，讓顧客有需要再找你們拿，畢竟衣服是私人物品，進來看到有人碰過有點膈應。
餐飲：房間裏有菜單可以看，感覺酒店的菜品價格適中。早餐的選擇性還算多，簡簡單單吃一點也可以。
地理位置：距離神農廣場很近，晚上可以在酒店散步過去，廣場很少人，很安逸。酒店大門左轉出去就是一條美食街，有茶顏悦色！第一天不知道虧了。

來株洲遊玩，走錯了路找不到酒店，前台的小劉經理還特地出來接我們到酒店！酒店樓下就有一個商場，大堂裝修很典雅，房間給我們免費升級了房型住起來很舒適，房間裝修風格超喜歡，有個超大的鏡子，客房阿姨還貼心送來了果盤，牀頭櫃寫了一些酒店的設施設備超級貼心！前台小姐姐辦入住也很温柔！晚上還有贈送晚安粥。

跑馬拉松訂的酒店 性價比還不錯 沒有漲價太多 位置也還可以 前台也很熱情 離馬拉松起點步行就可以 不足的是隔音還有加強空間

來方特玩，第二天入住，對比之前住的一家酒店；性價比真的好太多，知道我帶二個小孩特別準備了小朋友的用具；房間特別大，親子房小朋友特別喜歡，早餐也很豐富；

服務：工作人員都非常熱情，前台小姐姐非常貼心的幫忙辦理入住，告訴我們怎樣兑換早餐。衞生阿姨每天認真打掃房間，留意着我們的各種小需求。餐廳的阿姨幫我們找位置，拿寶寶椅。還有其他工作人員幫我們推行李，感覺到賓至如歸。
衞生：酒店公共區域很乾凈，房間桌椅也比較乾淨，地毯稍微有點臟，因為寶寶會在地上爬，阿姨也很快幫我們把地上的灰塵吸乾淨。
設施：訂的豪華大床房，洗手枱和衞生間分離的設計很贊。一方面顯得房間更大，另一方面避免和衞生間串味。房間有書桌，有茶几，很方便。
早餐：米粉很好吃，有牛肉有煎蛋。唯一就是其他的品種略微少一些驚喜感，希望可以進一步提升一下。
