Explore the Wulong Karst Sinkhole

Wulong Scenic Area is located in Fairy Mountain Town, consisting of the karst sinkhole also known as Tiankeng, or the Natural Three Bridges (Tianlong Bridge, Qinglong Bridge, Heilong Bridge), Longshui Gorge, and Fairy Mountain. The area features a unique karst landscape with mountains resembling giant sinkholes split open, and dark rivers flowing straight down in accordance with the mountain's shape. Nature's craftsmanship is truly miraculous, carving out magnificent and strange landscapes deep within the mountains that leave visitors in awe! An elevator ride takes you directly to the Tiankeng Scenic Area, which served as a filming location for the movie 'Curse of the Golden Flower' as well as 'Transformers 4'. Artists have perfectly combined natural landscapes with art here. It takes about two hours to tour the Tiankeng, followed by a shuttle bus ride to the Longshui Gorge, which takes about an hour more. The entire scenic area is filled with cliffs, waterfalls, and misty clouds that are captivating. The mountain shapes resemble various forms such as 'Qinglong Yanyue Dao', 'Fish Leaping Over Dragon's Gate', 'Skylight', and even shapes like elephants and ox heads. Walking along, you can enjoy the scenery and take photos at your leisure. The path is mostly downhill and not too tiring. Then, head to Fairy Mountain to enjoy the view. Stay overnight in Fairy Mountain Town, where you can also watch the large-scale live performance 'Impression. Wulong'. The show allows the audience to experience the majestic natural landscape and the unique local customs of the Bashu land, surrounded by mountains, and to hear the 'Chuanjiang Haozi' folk songs sung anew.
