The Shihua Cave in Danzhou, Hainan, is the only karst cave spectacle in Hainan

It was formed 1.4 million years ago and was accidentally discovered only in 1998. Compared with the karst landforms in other regions of China, it has many unique features, hence it is known as the 'Stone Flower Karst Cave Museum' of the world. 👀 The 'Three Wonders' of the Shihua Water Cave: 1⃣️ Calcite Stone Flower Do not miss the treasure of the cave, 'Treasure Pavilion'. Although it is a small piece, it is a whole cluster of huge calcite crystals, presenting a white or colorless transparent rhombohedral shape. With the colorful lights, who wouldn't be captivated?!!! 2⃣️ Gypsum Stone Flower 'The iron tree blooms after a thousand years, the stone sublimates after ten thousand years.' This refers to the gypsum flower. The top of the stone flower looks like fluff, resembling the flocculent flowers when they bloom, very special! 3⃣️ Curled Stone Flower This is the most characteristic stone flower, called the 'National Premium Stone' by experts! Its shape is like that of sandworms or earthworms curling up, with a hollow center that contains water, just like a bent PVC pipe.
