The Dashuwan Stone House Group is not far from the first scenic spot of Dongfushan Island. It can be reached in 20 minutes on foot, but it is all stone steps. The houses of the previous households on Dongfushan Island were built using the original stone on the island. Stone houses, stone walls and stone roads constitute a stone world. Probably because of the wind blowing the roof tiles, the tiles are pressed against the rows of stones. This unique seaside stone house built to withstand typhoons is now the most distinctive attraction in the Antarctic Islands. The Dashuwan Stone House is built on a hillside and forms a patchwork fishing village. Because it has not been inhabited for a long time, it has been abandoned and the houses have been climbed by vines. From a distance, the whole stone house looks like a huge ancient Fort, mysterious and solemn.
