A modern temple - Duyun Jiulong Temple

There is a West Mountain in the west of Duyun city, which is separated from the city area by the Jianjiang River. It is the highest mountain in Duyun city area. A group of Buddhist buildings are built on the eastern foot of West Mountain. Looking from the city area, it looks like a pavilion in the air, which is Duyun Jiulong Temple. Although it looks antique, Jiulong Temple is a real 'modern' temple, built in 1994, less than 30 years ago. This is because there was a lack of Buddhist temples in the history of Duyun, so in the early 1990s, it was decided to build a temple on the eastern foot of West Mountain, making it the largest Buddhist temple in Qiannan.
