Shunde Longju Hotel is the first hotel themed with Lingnan culture. The exterior uses flowing lines in its architectural design, and its diverse levels of depth make it a distinctive urban landscape in Shunde. It's said that celebrities often visit. Design The hotel is decorated with many traditional Lingnan ornaments and paintings. For example, the 8 fishing boats displayed in the lobby caught our eyes as soon as we entered the hotel, representing different Lingnan cultures. Another example is the intangible cultural heritage fish lantern we first saw: the Daliang fish lantern. Upon closer observation, it really gives the impression of a school of fish swimming, which is said to symbolize business prosperity. Rooms The guest rooms are uniquely arranged, incorporating Lingnan elements into the design, spacious and bright, making for a comfortable living experience. We specifically booked a children's room this time, with cartoon bed sheets and pillows, a little yellow duck tent, full of fun. The room's view is excellent, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Desheng River, capturing the greenery and the seamless blend of water and sky. Dining The buffet is highly recommended, with a variety of fresh seafood sashimi. The waiters even come to each table to add lobsters, worrying that we might not have gotten any, which is really considerate. The hot dishes and desserts also taste great, and the breakfast is nice too. People in Shunde really know how to eat. Facilities There is a constant temperature swimming pool, gym, and steam room on the 3rd floor. When bringing kids, playing in the water is a must—the pool's design is top-notch, and it's not crowded in the morning, so having fun is no problem. The entire hotel's exterior, lobby, and corridors are very youthful, great for taking photos. Just between us, their children's bathrobes look so good, I really like them. Sky Bar Luna Located on a high floor, the sky bar named Luna, which means 'moon' in Spanish, is especially romantic. The bar has both indoor and outdoor areas, with the outdoor area offering an unbeatable view of the river at night, and the drinks are also very good, worth checking in.
