Lord Zhao's Ancestral Temple and Hall

A temple, an ancestral hall, doorways, gallery, kitchen, a courtyard, its a complex built during the reign of Tongzhi in Qing dynasty (1862-1874) to worship and give importance to Zhao Guoshu (also named as Zhao Weisan), born in Qingyan, Guizhou, once the chief military Premier of Guizhou group. It covers a land area of over 1600 square meters. Zhao Guoshu was a hero to the Qing government so they honored him when he died at 37 years of age from the war through this monumental temple. It is a culture relic protection site inside the Qingyan Ancient town in Guiyang.
