NOIR | Dining in the Dark

#vietnamtrip Wow, wow, wow! What a confrontingly humbling fine dining experience to remember. I immensely enjoyed every moment of the culinary artistry & simply cannot recommend this enough. The experience was memorable right from the moment I walked through the door - the servers were incredibly professional, welcoming & knew their craft from the inside and out. There are no pictures of the food for obvious reasons, but the intention behind the artistry of it all began right from the in-waiting experience with their incredible servers, which set the intricately unconventional tone for what was to come in the dining room. A 100% must go if you're in HCM!
