Asakusa Dessert Restaurant: Rave Reviews, Must-Try Matcha Ice Cream!

After spending half a day wandering around Asakusa and hitting the streets, I got to try several dessert places 🥰 1️⃣ Chachakobo Futatsume Matcha mont blanc ice cream, watching the making process is very therapeutic, but the taste is just average 😅 2️⃣ Fruits Parlor Goto Didn't expect to queue for this one, waited 30 minutes to get in 🥺 Not a tourist in sight, all Japanese lining up 🤗 The specialty is fruit parfait, made with fresh fruits, and they use different seasonal fruits depending on the season, so the menu is updated daily 👍🏻 Delicious and high quality 😝 3️⃣ Asakusa Suzukien The most famous for its seven levels of matcha ice cream intensity, I chose one dark and one light, the matcha flavor is really rich and lingering, yet not bitter, full of tea aroma! A must-visit for matcha lovers 🍵 4️⃣ Asakusa Eighty-Eight Matcha pudding + shiratama, the matcha flavor is strong, the pudding is smooth, but the shiratama is a bit hard, not soft and chewy enough, can skip 😛 5️⃣ COFFEE BAcoffee_bar_sajiki Right next to Fruits Parlor Goto, so I went there for a coffee while waiting in line 😎 The coffee shop has a beautiful environment, very stylish, lots of photo spots, and the coffee is not bad 😌
