Here, you can experience the rich charm of the Jiangnan water towns. It carries a wealth of historical and cultural heritage, resembling a flowing ink painting of the Jiangnan region. But honestly, the beauty of Zhouzhuang needs to be discovered by visiting it yourself! 📍Location: Zhouzhuang Town, Kunshan City, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province 🎫Ticket: 100 yuan per person (valid for 3 days) 💡Entry is free before 7:30 am and after 9:00 pm. You can book a homestay in the scenic area to stay overnight, and then you can play for free in the scenic area early the next morning. 🌟Recommended spots: 1⃣️Shuangqiao: Consists of two bridges that together resemble an ancient key, hence also known as the Key Bridge. It is the location where the famous oil painting 'Memories of Hometown' was created. It's a great spot for photography and taking pictures. 2⃣️Shen Hall: It was built by the descendants of Shen Wansan, a wealthy man of the south of the Yangtze River. You can see what the residence of an ancient wealthy family was like. 3⃣️Zhang Hall: It is one of the well-preserved Ming Dynasty buildings in Zhouzhuang. Different from the style of Shen Hall, the residence is grand and imposing, not to be missed. 4⃣️Zhouzhuang Museum: Located in an ancient residence, the museum is not very large but displays some cultural relics and exhibits. You can learn about some of the history and culture of Zhouzhuang. If interested, it's worth a visit. 5⃣️Zhouzhuang Night View: Don't miss the night view of Zhouzhuang. It's full of atmosphere. You can take a ride on a sculling boat, and sitting at night feels even better than during the day! 🍜Food: 1⃣️Sock-bottom Crisp: Highly recommended, very delicious, crispy and fragrant, the more you eat, the tastier it gets, and before you know it, a whole piece is gone. 2⃣️Wansan's Trotters: Very famous here, many shops sell it. It's actually braised pig's trotters. Personally, I find it a bit greasy, but those who like fatty meat might enjoy it. 3⃣️Ao Zao Noodles: When you're here, you definitely have to try the authentic Ao Zao Noodles. The soup base is quite good, and noodle lovers shouldn't miss out.
