One of the best Temple in Kyoto

#cherryblossom2024 This place is a treasure, one of my favorite temples. I visited during a public holiday and it was not crowded at all. The grounds are large, with plenty to explore. The gardens and buildings are beautiful. The best part of this area is the elevation in the buildings: you can walk around the temple and go up a beautiful wooden staircase. There are some stairs; I saw an elevator, but I don’t think it connects to the rest of the building. You will have to remove your shoes before entering the temple, so come prepared.
