CASA MATUTINA: A QUICK BITE AT TPLEX

With a long travel from Manila-Baguio City, passing through NLEX, SCTEX, TPLEX, it is good to have a dinner quick bite in Tarlac Pangasina La Union Expressway at Casa Matutina Express Meal. It is located in Clean Fuel, TPLEX Rotunda, Rosario, La Union. The place was very small but the cordial experience with the servers makes it big. I ordered crispy hipon (shrimp), tortang talong (eggplant), bangus sisig (milkfish) and for our soup, sinigang na bangus belly (milkfish belly). It is good for ten so I doubled every order amounting to 2,500php. It is relatively cheap and value for money.
