| Recommending a hidden gem of a guesthouse!. Name: Huazhu Viewing Guesthouse ( This place is well located right in the Dai ethnic town, with convenient transportation. Mang City is not very big, so you can choose to stay in the Dai ethnic town, which is close to the Golden Pagoda, Silver Pagoda, and Mengbana Xi Rare Garden; there are three night markets nearby, making eating and playing convenient. There are shared electric scooters available downstairs from the guesthouse for easy travel. Most importantly, I really like the architecture of the Dai ethnic town, and this place has a Southeast Asian vibe. Room: I booked the 'Zhiqiu Balcony King Room', and the room was really clean and tidy. The hygiene was impeccable, and the facilities were complete. The most important thing was the provision of a free disposable toilet seat cover, and the toiletries were also small and individually packaged. In the evening, my friends and I could sit on the balcony, enjoy the view, order some takeout, eat barbecue, and drink milk tea, which was very comfortable. The guesthouse is run by a couple, and they are really nice. They contacted me before my stay to inform me about the weather and the items I needed to bring, which was very thoughtful. They welcomed us with a fruit snack plate, and every day when we went out, they would kindly ask if we needed the room cleaned, reminded us to apply sunscreen, and to be safe while riding bikes—just like family and friends. The owner also recommended itineraries and good food (there's a restaurant called Wukong Courtyard that's good, and their bubble tea is delicious). The guesthouse is very photogenic, with beautiful sunsets in the corridors, fresh flowers and green plants everywhere, and a very design-oriented atmosphere. Sisters who like this style can confidently go for it!
