We were greeted by the old gentleman and took a seat at the bar, first ordering a cup of rich and aromatic Japanese hand-dripped coffee, which we tasted along with the shop's signature crispy croissants. The reason why the croissants of this long-established shop are so famous lies in their rich variety of creative fillings. From the most classic flavors like cheese, pork floss, and red bean, to the creative surges of caramel cheese, scallion sesame, and cheese seaweed, they have it all. Each type of bread is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, naturally bursting with various charming flavors upon the first bite. We wandered among them, tasting one after another of these creative yet traditional handmade croissants, enjoying the supreme deliciousness of the genuine ingredients and skilled craftsmanship.
